Everything was perfect, nevertheless we stayed for 1 night only. Loved the service, including shuttle from the train station.

Came in York to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was ideal place for doing it.

We had a very relaxing stay in a long time. Everything was very clean, including staff and rooms.

It had very central location close to Wheel of York. The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a pretty nice area.

The whole place was fairly clean, I loved it, and had perfect location and staff. I was offered a gorgeous breakfast with fantastic choice.

Staff and drinks were immaculate, and this hotel was contemporary and fairly clean. The room was with sofa. Welcoming personnel was especially at the reception desk. I appreciated that it was minutes away from a train station: D

We truly enjoyed the full English breakfast and the always courteous staff. Reasonably large room and stylish.

Location and staff were wonderful, I appreciated every detail. The room was good sized with its excellent shower and had a private safe, a sofa bed and central heating.

Everything was modern and spotless, I enjoyed location and staff. Location so close to all the attractions, the centre of York and the town center. Jorvik viking centre was also near the hotel. I spent here 1 nice sunny days and would come here again.

The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in the amazing building with welcoming staff. Comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast.

The staff was courteous and the location was ideal. Beautifully designed & cool unit with Sofa, lovely buffet breakfast, for example.

The staff was informative and our room was perfect. Hip new hotel with a very central location. We liked to chill in the nearby fish & forest.

Food was lovely, very amiable staff, bed was very comfy. Stayed in good room, towels were new and that's a huge plus. The place was set about 10 minutes walk from the downtown.

It was a fantastic experience & staff were absolutely excellent. Soft beds, a sofa bed, central heating and an iron were a nice touch. Very central location was a plus. The service was fantastic too.

We had a perfect 10/10 stay at this practical hotel. Just average room, amazingly comfortable beds, so lovely breakfast. There were stores and a market around the venue. Very informative staff, especially the bkfast staff. Snack bar was busy and so clean.

We liked it, it was GOAT! The hotel was lovely. Efficient property staff. Room was good sized and very clean.

Our favourite hotel in York, staff was friendly. We had the twin room with a comfy bed.

We really enjoyed the fact that we chose hampton by hilton york. Very close to rowntree park, 10 minutes' walk to York train station. Within walking distance of Skosh, where you can have lunch. No reason to complain with the hotel...
